1929 Victorian Transformation
Vashon Island, Washington
Preserving this 1929 Victorian was more important than taking the easier path of starting over. The project became an extensive whole-home transformation, retaining the original footprint while rebuilding the home for modern living. KDM managed the renovation from major construction through the finished details, bringing together the trades and planning required for a project of this scale.
